The fabric is made of Japanese back satin, a 20/- warp x 10/- weft cotton back satin that faithfully reproduces the “M65 Field Jacket” that was officially adopted by the U.S. military in 1965.

The weft and the warp are both made of uneven yarns, and the weft is densely woven, so it has a characteristic look and unique bite after washing. The more you use it, the more you will enjoy its deep and rich expression as it changes over time.
