The fabric is made of 15.5 oz. denim with selvedge using an old-style shuttle loom. Although the fabric is somewhat heavy, it is not too stiff and has a good firmness, and you can also enjoy the color fading. Carefully crafted by skilled artisans
Denim fabric is woven on one of the few remaining old-style shuttle looms, with the warp threads stretched at a tension as close to hand weaving as possible, and the weft threads are slowly and carefully driven in with the skill of a skilled craftsman. Therefore, the original characteristics of the raw yarns can be felt clearly, providing a “rustic look” and “natural comfort” with an uneven, twill-like texture.
