The rice cotton is woven without gaps to create a stiff and heavy degree-filled fabric. The slub yarns are drawn together during the knitting process, resulting in a washed, uneven texture.

High-quality US organic cotton is used, which is produced without using unnecessary chemicals during cultivation and processing. The fabric is spun into slub yarn at a spinning mill in Japan.
